![]() If you’re after somewhere really quiet and romantic then this is not quite the right place, but if you’re after some pretty good food and don’t mind paying the price then go for it. This is Cuba of course so getting good meat we know is really hard. The pork dish was really nice but also was a bit chewy too. The sauce on my beef was totally excellent and I loved it, however the beef, although nice, was still a bit chewy, veg was good. We ordered Mojitos at $4.50 CUC, which is really expensive as they were no bigger or better than a lot of other places we have been too. He ordered the day’s special which our waiter proudly kept telling us was the Organic fillet of Pork in crusted seeds and Mojito sauce at $24 CUC, again with the extra side dish. ![]() I ordered the Beef Tenderloin pieces in Blue Cheese & Green Pepper Sauce at $21 CUC, but as it doesn’t come with anything else you need to order a side dish, we both ordered the sauteed vegetables at $3 CUC. The menu is quite small which is a nice change, but pretty expensive for sure. The service is very good with our waiter speaking great English. If you book ahead you can get a good table for sure. The main dining area is pretty tight too, they really need more room in this place. We managed to move to a table with more room which was much better. Waiters buzz around and get us seated in a cramped area at the far end of the restaurant. Two flights of stairs and youre in the restaurant which is quite brightly light with a duo playing music to the side.
